Manufacturers: are you ready to take your business to the next level, but unsure what that looks like? Industry 4.0 - Future Proofing Australian Manufacturing - futuremap®

Intended for Manufacturing business owners or senior executives (eg. General managers).

The Interactive workshop is packed with industry examples to help manufacturers evaluate their position across 13 key areas of industrial and manufacturing competitiveness. It will enable you to produce a point-in-time self-assessment and report that identifies both immediate, and medium-term, opportunities for growth and potential investment.

To begin your digitalisation journey, futuremap® is a diagnostic tool designed specifically for Australian manufacturing SMEs to help them assess the current state of their business and identify areas of focus and potential investment to transform and future-proof their business.

The futuremap® workshop is deployed in collaboration with Swinburne University and industry partners. In collaboration with Brimbank City Council, this futuremap® workshop is being organised by Advanced Manufacturing Industry 4.0 hub, which is a Victorian Government – Department of Jobs, Precincts, and Regions initiative being delivered in partnership with Swinburne.

Developed by the Innovative Manufacturing CRC (IMCRC), futuremap® enables participating manufacturers to map their maturity levels and capabilities in the areas of:

* Market positioning * Leadership, strategy and change management * Innovation and use of technology and * Digital manufacturing (Industry 4.0)

Don’t let your Manufacturing business fall behind. The futuremap® workshop is a must but is strictly limited to 20 Victorian manufacturing SMEs, targeted at senior representatives with a maximum of two people per organisation (1 ticket per person).

What you need:

Participants must bring a laptop or tablet with them for the session.

Duration: 3 hours incl. 150 min futuremap® workshop (segmented format)

Light breakfast and refreshments will be provided from 8.00 am. Please advise any specific dietary requirements.
