The Town of Bassendean together with the Water Corporation is hosting a community workshop to consider options for the revitalisation of a portion of a stormwater drain between Second Avenue and Fourth Avenue.
The workshop is seeking to understand the community’s preference for vegetation, access and safety. The aim of the project is to enhance the amenity of this underutilised area to create a space which provides habitat and urban cooling whilst improving the quality of stormwater flows into the Swan River.
When: 6pm to 8pm, Thursday 27 February
Where: Alf Faulkner Hall in Ivanhoe St, Eden Hill.
