Chair/Mat YOGA-PILATES is a restorative and recovery program designed to aid the body and mind using Yoga & Pilates foundations. 

Learn simple breathing techniques, gain flexibility, strengthen the mind and body, improve range of motion and enjoy the benefits of guided relaxation.

*Bring your own Mat, towel and water bottle.
