“Council does not have a policy that covers the matters specifically raised in this enquiry. Councillors of the City of Ballarat are bound by the Councillor Code of Conduct, Councillor Expense and Entitlements Policy and the Local Government Act 1989.

Council complies with responsible service of alcohol requirements of the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.”
