Amendment C216 was advertised in the Ballarat Times and the Government Gazette on Thursday 21 November 2019.

A notice was sent to all owners and occupiers who may be affected by the amendment on Tuesday 19 November 2019.

An open house ‘drop-in’ public information session was held at the Ballarat Town Hall, Sturt Street, Ballarat on the following dates:

 Monday 25 November 2019 from 10am to 3pm

 Friday 20 December 2019 from 10am to 3pm
