Isaac Regional Council advises St Lawrence residents the St Lawrence Swimming Pool will be temporarily closed to install a new pool shell from:
Monday, 24 February, re-opening Monday, 23 March Weather permitting
The construction of the new pool shell was fast-tracked, and the recent rain events have ensured there is enough water in the catchments to fill the pool after installation without adversely affecting the town supply.
The new, modern and safe pool will be available to use by the community, and forms part of Council’s Capital Works schedule for the 2019-20 budget.
Council apologises for the inconvenience and thanks the community for patience and understanding throughout the installation process.
