Payment on water notices due on March 13

Residents are being reminded that the payable water notice for the period between July 2019 to December 2019 is due before 5pm on March 13, 2020.

Residents have the option to BPay payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Any credit balance remaining after payment of the water notice will be applied to the following rates notice.

Residents can use the biller code and reference number from the water notice.

All water accounts can be paid at a Council office or via BPay, including water notices under $10.

Residents who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional water notice to be issued electronically.

Any residents who haven’t received a water notice by 19 February 2020, are asked to contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
