Isaac Regional Council is committed to transparency in relation to water discolouration in Clermont.
Council has taken a range of measures to address concerns regarding discolouration in the Clermont water supply.
Water mains flushing has been conducted across the area to clear the network of discolouration and sediment and additional samples have been taken and are being tested.
Council regularly samples its water supply across the region with testing conducted internally and also externally through National Association Testing Authorities (NATA) registered laboratories.
The external (NATA) laboratory results for the Clermont water supply from July 2019 until mid-February 2020 are available upon request. Our results are also published annually in our Drinking Water Quality Management Plan Report.
Residents who experience any problems with water quality are asked to contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
