Intention to Sell Public Land, Bulman Drive Legana

 Notice is hereby given that Council has resolved its intention to sell land at Bulman Drive, Legana for the purpose of expanding the Legana town centre business area and to assist in financing the development of a town park.  The subject land of approximately 5,500m2 forms part of certificate of title volume 100988, folio 902 situated between Bulman Drive and the West Tamar Highway (depicted as Lot B).

Objections may be made to the proposed sale, provided such objections are received by the close of business on Friday, 13 March 2020.  Objections should be in writing and lodged with the General Manager, West Tamar Council, PO Box 16, Riverside Tas 7250.
