Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope tops 5,000 learn to swim students!
Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope reached the incredible milestone of over 5,000 enrolled learn to swim students during December 2019. Just 4 short years since the program was launched this is an incredible achievement and one that we are very proud of.
Aqua is a Council run learn to swim program and collectively across all of our aquatic centres we now have more than 8,600 students signed up for term 1 2020. With 117 qualified instructors and 8 full-time staff the program offers a safe, rewarding, fun and educational experience.
Aqua Learn to Swim caters for students of all ages and swimming experience. This includes infant, preschool and school age children as well as specialised classes for people with disabilities and adults.
New enrolments for term 2 2020 will be open from Wednesday 15 April. You can book online, enquire at the centre or ring your preferred venue. www.aqualearntoswim.com.au
