Annual Electors’ Meeting Minutes

The unconfirmed Minutes of the Annual Electors’ Meeting (held on 12 Feb) are live on our website. The closure of the meeting at 7.33pm is the close of the meeting for the Minutes. This means some questions asked after the close of the meeting are not included in the unconfirmed minutes. These questions and responses will be included in Public Question Time at the next ordinary meeting of Council 26 February with an explanatory note and in the subsequent Minutes of that meeting.
