Notice Pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995 Fees and Charges.

Notice is hereby given that at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 24 February 2020, Council resolved that

the Standpipe Water Supply charge be in creased to $9.350 per kL, applicable 1 March 2020; a Standpipe Access Card Fee of $20 per card be imposed, applicable from 1 March 2020; and any surplus funds generated from the provision of standpipe water supply be transferred to the Building Reserve for future asset Renewal.

The new fee is set on a cost recovery basis. Please contact the Shire Office if you require further information.
