Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) Public Exhibition

Notice is hereby given that Carrathool Shire Council intends to adopt Council’s Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) following an exhibition period of 28 days in accordance with Schedule 1, Part 1, Division 3.1 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979.

The LSPS is available for public inspection at the Goolgowi Council Chambers, Hillston District Office and on the link below.

Council staff will be available for face to face consultation at the Hillston District Office on Tuesday 3 March 2020 from 9am - 11am and Monday 9 March 2020 from 2pm - 4pm or at the Goolgowi Council Chambers 2pm - 4pm anytime during the exhibition period.

At any time during the public exhibition period, submissions in writing will be received by Council and must be addressed to Rick Warren, General Manager.  Submissions can be sent by mail or email and must be received by 4.15 pm on Wednesday 25 March 2020. Prior to adoption of the LSPS, Council will take into consideration any submissions that have been received.
