The DFES Commissioner has utilised his powers under s18(2) of the Bush Fires Act 1954 to extend the Restricted Burning Times for all LGs outside the Kimberley and Pilbara to 30 April 2020.

The end date for Restricted Burning Period for the Shire of Capel has been extended to 30 April 2020.
