Council is committed to keeping our community informed in relation to water discolouration in Clermont as new information becomes available.

Council is committed to keeping our community informed in relation to water discolouration in Clermont as new information becomes available.

Council is now producing clear water from the Clermont Water Treatment Plant and it is our understanding this clear water is available throughout the network.

Senior council operators continue to be in attendance at the processing facility, monitoring and taking action to maintain water clarity to the network.

In ongoing efforts to manage and maintain the stability of the water supply, a team of divers will be conducting underwater investigations onsite Wednesday, 4 March 2020. The aim is to continue to eliminate any contributing factors in a thorough and methodical manner to reduce instances of discolouration.

We greatly appreciate calls to our 1300 ISAACS call centre advising of any visible changes. If discolouration continues please notify our Customer Service Centre, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).

Council wishes to thank the public and the Clermont community for their patience.
