Learn to cook Sri Lankan cuisine

The Flavours of Auburn Cooking Classes are run by a group of local cooks who share recipes and ingredients from their culture with a cosy class of 10 participants.

You will feel like you are in someone’s home as you cook, chat and eat together. The cooking classes are delivered by cooks from ASCON and House of Welcome.

ASCON cooks have close links to the Auburn area and communities, and House of Welcome cooks are from refugee backgrounds.

Ingredients, equipment and aprons are included.
