Have your say on Planning Scheme Amendment C126

A proposed amendment which corrects errors and anomalies in Council’s planning scheme and makes minor changes is now available for public comment.

Amendment C126 (also known as C126macr) aims to ensure Council’s planning scheme is up to date and applied as intended. Changes proposed by the amendment vary between properties and are administrative in nature. The amendment affects various properties throughout the shire.

If you have any questions, you may wish to attend one of our drop-in sessions, which will be held on:

Tuesday 17 March, Gisborne Administration Centre, 40 Robertson Street, from 5pm to 7pm Thursday 19 March, Kyneton Mechanics Institute, 81 Mollison Street, from 5pm to 7pm.
