Council is proposing to enter into a Licence with “Rydalmere F.C Inc” for the use of Council owned Land for the purpose of conducting Community and Recreational Purposes and activities. The Council owned land is known as 35 South Street, Rydalmere in the State of New South Wales 2114 being Lot 41 in Deposited Plan 1117083, Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 1096195 and Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 181587.

The licence is proposed for a period of twelve (12) months. The proposal is in accordance with the existing Plan of Management for the Land. The Club will make available the Land for use by community groups and/or members of the general public and or private entities to meet the needs of the wider community. In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, submissions may be made regarding the proposal within twenty-eight (28) days.
