Strathbogie Shire Council is required by legislation to undertake an annual survey of community satisfaction with its services, direction and representation of the community.
To meet this requirement, Strathbogie Shire residents may receive a call during March from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Strathbogie Shire across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to our community.
The survey will involve 400 telephone interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents across all age groups over 18 years and place of residence.
All details and individual responses are confidential - no names or addresses are required and only the overall results are shared with Strathbogie Shire.
There are some questions relating to people's age and employment – these questions are being asked to ensure that the survey is representative of a good spread of people in the Strathbogie Shire and that respondents do not work in the local government sector.
For any questions, please phone the Council on 1800 065 993.
