Campaspe Shire Council is asking the community for feedback on PayStay, the parking payment mobile app, introduced across Echuca’s central business district last year.
Regulatory & Community Services General Manager, Mr Paul McKenzie, said PayStay is the largest fully integrated pay by phone app in Australia.
“We added the use of PayStay to our parking meter areas to give customers more flexibility in paying for parking, an alternative to the cash payment system,” Mr McKenzie said.
A quick online survey is now open asking users, how often they use PayStay, their preferred method of payment for parking, the system’s ease of use and what they like, or don’t like about it.
“The information will help us assess the community’s use of the system and any opportunities for improvement,” Mr McKenzie said.
The online survey is available through Council’s website and closes 9 April 2020.
