Council periodically engages the services of a research company to conduct its Customer Satisfaction Survey, to determine community attitudes towards our services and facilities.
In 2020, Council has engaged Jetty Research to conduct the survey on its behalf.
Residents and businesses will be surveyed by phone between 25 March to 5 April 2020.
400 local residents and 200 business customers are randomly selected to participate in this benchmarking survey.
The survey seeks feedback and attitudes on a wide range of Council-related issues and services, including customer service, planning and development, maintenance of roads and footpaths, parks and open space, and community services and facilities.
Priority areas identified through the survey results are considered in the development of the next Community Strategic Plan, which are prioritised for attention over the next year and beyond in Council's Delivery Program.
