NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CATEGORY 3 DEVELOPMENT Pursuant to Section 38(5) of the Development Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that an application comprising a CATEGORY 3 DEVELOPMENT has been lodged with the Council for a development assessment.

The application may be examined on the Council website or at any office of the Council located at Maitland, Yorketown or Minlaton during normal business hours and any person or body affected may make relevant representations in writing concerning this application to reach the Authorised Officer at PO Box 57, MAITLAND SA 5573 or emailed to [email protected] no later than 5pm, 15 April 2020.

Each person making a submission should indicate whether that person wishes to appear personally or be represented by another party before the Council in support of that submission.

Please note that, pursuant to Section 38(8) of the Development Act, a copy of each representation received will be forwarded to the applicant for a written response.
