About the survey The annual community satisfaction survey is conducted each year by independent company Metropolis Research. The survey is just one of the ways that we measure our performance and the community’s satisfaction with the services, facilities and leadership that Council provides. This year, 700 households, selected at random, took part in the survey, which involved in-depth face-to-face interviews during February and March 2020.
