If you are on our 10 instalment direct debit option to pay your rates, we’d like to remind you that the next instalment will be deducted on Wednesday 15 April.
If you do not want to continue to pay the balance of the 2019-20 rates by this method, you need to let us know in writing that you wish to cancel the direct debit arrangement.
The remaining instalments in this program will be deducted on 15 May and 15 June.
Ratepayers may also request to temporarily suspend the direct debit for the remainder of this financial year and manage their own repayments between now and 30 June 2020.
If a direct debit is suspended for the remainder of the 2019-20 rating year, it will automatically be reinstated for the 2020-21 rating period with the first payment scheduled for deduction on 30 September 2020.
