BURNING PROHIBITED OVER EASTER

All burning is prohibited over the Easter Period from Midnight Thursday 9 April until Midnight Sunday 12 April. No fires permitted during this time means ALL FIRES are PROHIBITED including the burning of small piles during the evenings. Controlled burning under strictly limited circumstances can recommence on Monday.

In addition, the Restricted Burning period has been extended until the 30th of April. No burning is permitted without a permit. Permits can be obtained here.

Any sightings of smoke or fire dial 000 immediately.
