Isaac Regional Council advises residents of an unplanned water outage affecting properties on Clews Lane and Patterson Lane in Moranbah.

21 April 2020 1.30pm – 2pm

This outage is due to emergency repairs to the service line and may result in limited or no water pressure.

This will affect 10 homes in the area.

For the safety of residents and Council officers, every effort will be made to phone property owners to inform them of the unplanned water outage as part of Council’s response to COVID-19 and to adhere to social distancing rules.

During the above listed times, businesses and residents may experience low water pressure and/or water discolouration due to changing water pressure within the network.

If community members experience instances of discoloured water they are advised to run their taps for up to five minutes, to remove discoloured water that may be present in residential pipes.

To utilise any water needing to be discarded it is recommended using on your garden or lawn. Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience.

If you require further information please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
