Wyndham City is encouraging residents to shake, shimmy, and moonwalk along with Jacq.

As part of our online social entertainment, our much-loved local performer, Jacq of All Trades, will show us how to get moving and have fun.

Arts and Heritage portfolio holder Cr Tony Hooper said being at home with loved ones every day may present new challenges, but Jacq was on hand to provide your weekly dose of fun.

“Each week Wyndham City will feature thirty minutes of dancing fun for all ages to get the body moving,” Cr Hooper said.

“Our Daggy Dancing program will show you some new moves as well as some simple meditation techniques to finish.”

“This program is great for your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing – plus, it allows you to build strong, fun, light-hearted, and playful connections with loved ones while you are all at home together.”

Daggy Dancing Workshops will be held for the next four Fridays (17th April to 8th May) at 4pm.

If you need some family relaxation time, Jacq will introduce you to breathing and meditation exercises with the free online Breathing Space events on Thursdays (16th to 30th April).

These free series are available on Council’s new entertainment and education website, Wyndham Together, on and after their release time.
