Extension of Restricted Burning Period

EXTENSION OF RESTRICTED BURNING

The Fire and Emergency Services Commissioner has extended all restricted burning times across Western Australia - excluding the Kimberley & Pilbara regions – until Thursday 30th April 2020.  

This extension seeks to reduce the COVID-19 risk to firefighters and will be reviewed again before the end of April 2020.. 

Therefore a Permit To Burn will be required up to and including at least Thursday 30th April 2020. 

For further information please contact the Shire of Cuballing or your local Fire Control Officer.
