Proposed Installation of Speed Cushions on Caroline Chisholm Drive, Winston Hills

City of Parramatta is proposing to install speed cushions on both approaches to the pedestrian refuge island in Caroline Chisholm Drive east of Olympus Street, Winston Hills as shown in the sketch below. The purpose of this proposal is to slow down the vehicles approaching the refuge island and to improve pedestrian safety.

Council invites written submissions from residents, businesses and relevant authorities.  Submissions must be provided to Council by Wednesday, 27 May 2020.

The Parramatta Traffic Committee and Council will consider responses to this consultation prior to determining the matter.  You will be advised of Council’s decision in August 2020.
