Composting and worm farming are cheap and easy ways to reduce your organic waste at home. They also return vital nutrients to your garden soil!
During International Compost Awareness Week this May, come and learn all you need to know to set up and maintain your own worm farm or composting system at home. You will also take away all the tips and tricks to make your own compost or worm farm successful.
Cumberland Council residents receive a $50 rebate for any compost bin or worm farm you buy. (Rebate is available to both homeowners and tenants.) Join us on the day to learn more!
This event is strictly for residents of Cumberland LGA - bookings are essential.
Please note: This is an online event on Zoom. Further advice on how to participate will be emailed to you before the workshop. The workshop will commence at 10am sharp but we will be online from 9:45am to help if there is any issue with connection.
