Proposed road modification works at 4-10 Wentworth Avenue and 12 Station Road, Toongabbie

As part of an approved development at 4-10 Wentworth Avenue and 12 Station Road, Toongabbie, the below changes are proposed in Wentworth Avenue:

Construction of a new driveway as a fourth leg of the roundabout at the intersection of Wentworth Avenue and railway overpass Installation of a pedestrian refuge island at the west leg of the roundabout Removal of the service lane and realignment of kerb and gutter outside the site frontage to provide improved pedestrian access.  These changes will also remove parking from the service lane, and thereby improve sightlines and vehicle access at the driveway of 2 Wentworth Avenue.

The Parramatta Traffic Committee and Council will consider responses to this consultation prior to determining the matter.  You will be advised of Council’s decision in late July 2020.
