 Apparently Abandoned Aircraft- Mareeba Aerodrome

To the owners of the following apparently abandoned aircraft:

YEAR COLOUR MODEL BODY TYPE REGO n/a White Cessna aircraft Unknown n/a White/Red Cherokee 140 aircraft VH/MAM

The owners of the abovementioned aircraft are requested to notify Mareeba Shire Council of their ownership of the aircraft within seven days (7) from the date of this notice, being 8 May 2020 and advise of intended actions for removal of the aircraft from the Mareeba Aerodrome.

Where no owners are identified by the date of 8 May 2020, Mareeba Shire Council will seize and impound the aircraft under section 26(2) of Local Law No. 7 (Aerodromes) 2019.
