Access to Lake Mary Ann after ease on restrictions

While Lake Mary Ann has reopened at noon today, clarification has been sought on the eligibility of residents in Tennant Creek to travel to the Lake which may be in the Barkly Designated Area while Tennant Creek is in the Exclusion Zone. A decision is expected later today from the relevant authority.  ***UPDATE*** We are still looking into this and until we get an answer the Lake is not accessible to Tennant Creek Residents for now, only those within the same designated area as the Lake for the long weekend.
