'An exercise in painting domestic objects - floor rug' by Thomas Stuart

Wednesday, June 10, 2020, 5:30 – 10pm Council will project Thom Stuart’s An exercise in painting domestic objects - floor rug onto the William Jolly Bridge from 10– 14 June 2020, from 5:30–10pm each night. Thom Stuart is a painter, printmaker and muralist. This work depicts an observed object in a domestic setting. Through a semi abstracted narrative the work functions as a recording of a physical object and place, here we can make connections towards the fabric of history.
