Council-owned tennis courts across the Central Highlands region will reopen tomorrow under strict COVID-19 guidelines.
Facilities will be open free of charge, however users will still need to make a booking directly with the relevant club.
Users will also be required to comply with all directives under the Queensland Government’s Home Confinement, Movement and Gathering Direction (No. 3).
The following guidelines will apply:
The use must be for a recreational activity. Each court is utilised by a maximum of two people within social distancing rules. A limit of 10 people at any facility at any time. Facilities are not open for club business but for community benefit and recreation No club competition No paid coachingClubs will be managing these guidelines. It is asked that residents follow all instructions from the club and take a ‘have a hit and leave’ approach.
