Customer Service
From Monday 18 May 2020 Council will re-open for limited face-to-face Customer Service at the Lithgow Service Centre.
Customers are asked to limit face-to-face enquiries to essential or urgent matters. Council will have protocols in place to restrict the number of customers in the Service Centre at any one time and to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Customers are encouraged to continue to contact Council by telephone or email. Customers can also complete an online enquiry form from Council’s website. Development applications can be lodged by email. Cash payments can be made at Australia Post offices.

The NSW Government has announced the easing of COVID-19 restrictions from Friday 15 May.
From 15 May, the use of outdoor equipment is permitted, with caution. Accordingly, from 15 May, Council will re-open all playgrounds and outdoor exercise equipment. As of today, the NSW Government has advised that skateparks are to remain closed.
Other Council facilities including libraries, halls, the JM Robson Aquatic Centre, campgrounds, sportsgrounds, the Visitor Information Centre and Eskbank House remain closed to comply with NSW Public Health Orders.

Council takes advice on all public health matters from the State and Federal health departments and may need to update its response should the situation change.
