Livingstone Shire Council and Advance Queensland are partnering for a second time to offer local businesses or startups the opportunity to work with the World’s most effective Master Marketing Online Trainer and gain a Digital Marketing Certification.
The scholarship grants will provide recipients access to the online course which aims to help participants master a range of skills, including content marketing, customer acquisition, email marketing, social media, testing and optimisation.
Mayor Andy Ireland said the training is trusted by 126,000+ marketers and companies like Uber, Infusionsoft and Shopify.
“Committed to building innovation on the Capricorn Coast, Livingstone Shire Council and Advance Queensland are subsidising 15 scholarships to local businesses, and or start-ups who are located within the Livingstone Shire local government region,” Mayor Ireland said.
“I encourage any local business or start-up to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity which will cover the latest industry trends, changes and emerging technologies to advance your business or organisation.
“With the current situation of COVID-19 continuing to unfold, now is the perfect time to learn how to grow your business online and develop rock-solid, reliable and high-value skills.”
To be eligible for a subsidised scholarship, applicants will need to explain in 250 words or less, how they will transform their business through the Digital Entrepreneur programme.
Digital Entrepreneur is supporting Livingstone Shire Council and Advance Queensland to build local businesses’ digital capability with a special offer of $1,990 for the entire certification programme, which is normally valued at over $5,000.
Livingstone Shire Council and Advance Queensland are contributing $1,500 to 15 scholarships for local businesses and or start-ups. Successful applicants will be required to pay the balance of $490.
