City of Darwin has today announced the final round of COVID-19 Community Grants, aimed at supporting the arts and not-for-profit sector, is now open. Applications close at 5pm 27 May.
The COVID-19 Community Grants program was launched in April 2020 with a total value of $150,000, with nearly $80,000 already allocated to programs being delivered by 30 June, 2020.
The final round of Grants is valued at nearly $70,000 and all funded programs need to be delivered between 1 July and 31 December, 2020.
The COVID-19 Community Grants program invites community groups and organisations to apply for funding of up to $10,000 to create and deliver innovative programs aimed at meeting the changing needs of the community, as they rebound from the impacts of COVID-19.
