Welcome back to our aquatic centres

Swimmers get excited! We are pleased to be able to open our outdoor pools for lap swimming at Manly Andrew Boy Charlton and Warringah Aquatic Centre from Friday 15 May.

We are however seeking your support in our efforts to prevent COVID-19 and ask for vigilance in your personal hygiene, social distancing and avoiding the centres if unwell.

In order to meet the NSW state government restrictions, a booking system will be implemented at both centres, to ensure the number of swimmers are limited, with one person allowed per lane.

To make a booking you will need to ring Manly Andrew Boy Charlton on 8495 5005 and Warringah Aquatic Centre on 9451 8000, providing your name and telephone number.

Bookings will be for 45-minute sessions; and as a courtesy to other swimmers no back-to-back bookings will be allowed.

Toilet facilities are available at both centres; however the outdoor male and female change rooms remain closed - so please come ready to swim.

Public access to the indoor areas of both centres will remain closed in line with NSW government restrictions and Fitness Centre and Seasonal Pass Holder Memberships are on hold until the resumption of normal operations and services. Single, 10 and 20 visit swim entry fees will be available.

We have additional hygiene and cleaning precautions in place, with hand sanitiser stations throughout the centres, as well as increased cleaning and more regular disinfecting of surfaces.

Signage has been placed throughout the centres to help communicate the importance of hand washing, covering your sneezes or coughs, and staying home if unwell. We have dedicated staff on regular cleaning duties during operating hours of the centre.
