From April to August 2020, Ordinary Council Meetings will typically be held monthly on the second Monday of each month via an audio-visual link.
Tuesday 9 June 6:30pm Ordinary Council Meeting Monday 13 July 6:30pm Ordinary Council Meeting Monday 10 August 6:30pm Ordinary Council MeetingIn accordance with s5.14 of Council’s Code of Meeting Practice, the Lord Mayor and Chief Executive Officer have cancelled the following upcoming Ordinary Council Meetings to ensure the safety and welfare of Councillors, staff and members of the public:
Monday 25 May Monday 22 June Monday 27 July Monday 24 AugustPlease note that Council will revisit the Council Meeting schedule in August 2020 to determine the date and frequency of future Council Meetings.
The Chief Executive Officer and members of the Executive Management Team also attend the meetings to provide information or advice when called upon by the Councillors.
