City of Parramatta Council offers its sincere condolences to the family and friends of former Councillor Paul Han, who passed away at the weekend following a long battle with cancer.
"My colleagues and I at the City of Parramatta are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend and colleague, former Councillor Paul Han," Lord Mayor Cr Bob Dwyer said.
"We are forever grateful for his contribution to the City of Parramatta, particularly his advocacy for the people of the North Rocks Ward, and his commitment to making our City a better place. He will be greatly missed.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. May he rest in peace."
Former Cr Han, a Carlingford local and father of three, had been battling cancer since July 2019. He resigned from his role as a Councillor earlier this month.
