That the Shire of Capel has received an application for Industry Extractive Development Approval and Extractive Industry Licence to extend the approval period for Lot 2 Lillydale Road, North Boyanup.

Documents on the proposal are available for you to view on the Shire on the Shire’s website at www.capel.wa.gov.au.

Comments on the proposal can be submitted to the Shire of Capel in writing to the Shire of Capel, PO Box 369, Capel or by email to [email protected] on or before 18 June 2020.
