Isaac Regional Council advises residents of an unplanned water outage affecting the Dysart Recreational Centre, Fire Services, Lions Park and Dysart Swimming Pool on:
Thursday, 28 May 2020 Until 3pm
This outage is due to repairing a fire hydrant and installing a new valve in a fire hydrant.
This will not affect any residential houses.
During this time businesses and residents may experience low water pressure and/or water discolouration due to changing water pressure within the network.
If community members experience instances of discoloured water they are advised to run their taps for up to five minutes, to remove discoloured water that may be present in residential pipes. To utilise any water needing to be discarded it is recommended using on your garden or lawn.
Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience.
If you require further information please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
