Beach Access Closure

We have permanently closed the beach access from Peppermint Grove Beach foreshore playground in the interest of public safety after it (and several others) were severely damaged following recent storm events.

The closure of this access point was under review before the storm following safety concerns. This formed part of the current foreshore upgrades.

We are reconstructing the security fence along the top of the dune to permanently close this entry point.
