Blue Green Algae Alert at Lake Lyell Lifted

The Red Alert level of Blue Green Algae has now been lifted at Lake Lyell by the NSW Office of Water.

With the reduced presence of blue green algae in the water, Lake Lyell is now suitable for water activities that involve direct contact by humans or animals.

Sampling of the lake will continue and an updated alert status will be reported when information becomes available.
