Wollondilly Library is inviting community members to join a Facebook Live event with author Katherine Firkin, as she talks about her debut novel ‘Sticks and Stones’.
Sticks and Stones is the terrifying, twisting crime novel inspired by her time reporting on the deadly Melbourne crime scene.
Katherine is a Melbourne journalist who has a decade of experience and has worked across every medium – print, online, television and radio.
She has covered some of Victoria’s most notorious criminal affairs, including the death and funeral of underworld figure Carl Williams.
Mayor Matthew Deeth said, “This is another example of the library doing something a bit different to continue to deliver our popular services for Wollondilly residents.”
“It demonstrates how our staff have embraced the challenge of engaging with the community in unique and different ways.”
