With the launch of the ‘Love the Dilly’ Campaign on 1 June, Wollondilly Shire Council is encouraging residents to shop locally wherever possible to help Wollondilly businesses get back on their feet.

Local businesses have embraced the campaign this week, sharing ‘Love the Dilly’ messages on social media and displaying stickers on their shopfronts and vehicles right across the Shire.

Wollondilly Mayor Matthew Deeth said, “Hundreds of businesses across the Shire are now proudly showcasing their ‘Love the Dilly’ stickers at their premises and are ready to welcome customers with open arms.”

“Love the Dilly campaign is all about bringing together the community, supporting local businesses and showcasing what we have to offer.”

“Shopping local supports our Wollondilly businesses and any purchase big or small will make a big impact to the business community,” he said.

Businesses can participate in the campaign by using the toolkit available from Council including ‘Love the Dilly’ logos which can be downloaded for use on your website, Facebook or Instagram pages or display the sticker loud and proud on your shopfront, car, ute or truck.
