Annual Community Satisfaction Survey seeks valuable resident feedback

Published on 05 June 2020

Feedback is now being sought from local residents as part of Mildura Rural City Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey.

Open for a five-week period, the survey invites residents to rate how well Council is delivering its many services, facilities and programs to the community.

Council will use results from the survey to measure its progress against the Community and Council Plan 2017-2021, and to help plan and improve services in the future.

Residents can complete the survey online by visiting Council’s website, or by filling out a hard copy and returning it in the post in the reply paid envelope provided with the survey. Surveys must be returned before 5pm Friday 10 July.

Mildura Rural City Council Mayor Cr Simon Clemence said the survey was an opportunity to provide feedback on Council’s performance over the past 12 months.

“The survey covers a wide range of topics, and the information provided always proves invaluable,” he said.

“It’s a chance for the community to tell us how we are tracking, where we can improve, and which services and programs we need to focus on.

“Above all else it’s a chance to have your say, and I certainly encourage resident to provide that feedback.”

To complete the survey visit mildura.vic.gov.au/haveyoursay or contact Council on (03) 5018 8100 to obtain a hard copy.
