“Over the coming days and weeks many local businesses will re-open including beauticians and gyms. Restaurants, cafes and pubs will be able to welcome more people and playgrounds and skate parks will be back in action.
Things are looking positive but challenges remain ahead. It is important that we support local businesses by shopping local and using local services. Remember if you are dining out book ahead, if you are planning a visit to the gym or beauty salon book ahead. If you are told you must be seated to consume alcohol at the pub, or take your own equipment to exercise classes please respect that.
We can stay safe while enjoying our places and spaces and we can support local business as long as we maintain social distancing, keep our hands clean and stay home if we are sick!”
