Mary Street closed for drainage works in Beaumaris

Works are underway to improve drainage along Mary Street and Fairleigh Avenue in Beaumaris.

These essential drainage works will take place along both sides of Mary Street and on Fairleigh Avenue, up to the intersection with Hepburn Avenue. Works will involve installing a new storm drainage pipe on Mary Street and upgraded drainage pits on Mary Street and Fairleigh Avenue. 

Mary Street will be closed throughout the six-week program of works and only residents will have access to their properties. No on-street parking will be available, so visitors will need to park in neighbouring streets if parking on Mary Street properties cannot be accommodated.  

Works will take place between 7am and 5pm and this project is due to be completed by mid-July.
